Suzie Elofson (she/her) specializes in anxiety, grief and loss, ecotherapy/walk-and-talk sessions. She can accept clients in person in Columbia, SC or across South Carolina virtually!
I am a healer and helper for those in the South who feel slightly (or totally!) out of place with our predominant culture here. I am also for those who feel most alive when they are out in nature or when exploring different worlds in books.
I aspire to bring hope, joy, and interconnectedness to your life outside of my sessions in a genuine and supportive, yet challenging, manner.
I accept clients who are fifteen and older. I mostly offer one-on-one sessions, but I host small groups every now and then!
