Trans Youth Emergency Project (TYEP)
The Trans Youth Emergency Project is a program of Campaign of Southern Equality. TYEP offers assistance with patient navigation (continuing care out of state, including referrals to medical providers in the regional network), emergency grants up to $500 for travel needs, and offering information about restrictions and how to navigate those.
TYEP is here to help families navigate this complex and exhausting maze, offering logistical and financial support. Our team provides 1-on-1 custom patient navigation services and supports families of transgender youth with emergency grants to help them travel out of state for care.
