The Legacy Gala!

This year, the Harriet Hancock Center is celebrating its 30th anniversary at 1108 Woodrow Street. We know there are many who came before us that poured themselves into LGBTQ+ advocacy in South Carolina, and we’re grateful to be able to continue this work for our community. We also acknowledge the resources needed to do good work and build on their legacy.

At its core, The Legacy Gala, an inaugural event, serves as a platform to honor the remarkable efforts and achievements of those who have dedicated themselves to advocating for LGBTQ+ rights and fostering inclusion within our community. Through awards, speeches, and recognition, we aim to shine a spotlight on the invaluable work of these individuals, acknowledging their enduring impact and inspiring others to continue the legacy of activism and advocacy.
