Volunteering is more than just giving your time; it's about making a meaningful impact on the world around us.
Volunteers play a crucial role at the Harriet Hancock Center in our daily operations. It’s because of our volunteers that we’re able to keep our doors open consistently Monday through Thursday and host events that are life-changing and life-saving.
Most of our volunteers help with administrative tasks like working a weekly shift, checking emails and answering phone calls, but some also participate more actively with our executive director on specific projects as needed.
All volunteers are managed by our executive director, however, without our (volunteer) department coordinators we wouldn’t have nearly as much action.
Our current volunteer department coordinators are:
Andy Reeder, Communications Coordinator
MK Davis, Website Coordinator
Kim Richey, Resource Management Coordinator
